Vanguard needed a sales enablement solution that helped them convert more qualified leads and shorten their sales cycle. With Evenbound’s sales pipelines, they could easily set up meetings with prospects and follow-up sequences for each lead.

Adding personalization tokens ensured that sequences addressed new leads in a personalized way, building on the connection they had made at the event and keeping the flywheel spinning faster.

This demonstrates the powerful impact of a well-developed lead nurturing strategy that takes the time to understand each customer’s individual needs and desires. It enables businesses to create engaging content and prioritize leads based on where they are in the buyer journey, increasing conversion rates and reducing sales cycle times.

Meeting Scheduling

Most meetings have an agenda, and having one helps keep everyone on the same page. In addition, it can limit the number of timeslots needed for scheduling (saving time and reducing back-and-forth communication), and it helps manage conflicting priorities.

Meetings are often scheduled with people from different departments and teams, requiring them to coordinate schedules and locations. Our system lets attendees select a time that works for them, allowing you to avoid the back-and-forth messaging associated with finding times that work for everybody.

To promote fair service for all users, the system limits how long a scheduler can spend in a meeting-scheduling operation while other users are waiting to complete their own scheduled tasks. By default, the completion timer is two minutes.


In this role, you’ll work on a dedicated full stack team given the autonomy to deliver solutions which fulfill client needs and drive business outcomes within the context of our client journeys. This includes collaborating with the journey owner, data analyst, UX strategist and content writer to ensure that the technical solutions meet customer requirements.

Ensure that information and functionality are accessible to all people, regardless of their visual, auditory, motor, color perception and cognitive abilities. This requires collaborating with various IT teams across sub-divisions to implement accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Personalization Tokens

Personalization tokens allow you to customize email content for each recipient, including the subject line, body, and call-to-action. By using data from a variety of sources, including purchase history, browsing activity, and more, you can send more relevant and engaging messages that drive engagement and conversions over time.

For example, you can use a personalization token in your subject line to address each recipient by name or to remind them of items they left in their cart. You can also reference a recipient’s job title to create messaging that speaks directly to their professional needs and challenges.

To include a personalization token in your email or landing page, click the Personalize dropdown menu within the Rich Text Editor. You can also specify a fallback text to display if the token cannot be populated for some reason. You can also enable a custom data source that allows you to update the token at email send time.
